This needs to be moved. The trail has been extened to Highway 360.

Eh, an anonymous comment like that, especially after a negative comment like that, suggests possibly a fake.

Good Experience. Was living at these apartments for several years and saw many improvements. The manager and owner were quick to respond to maintenance issues. moved out recently after graduation and relocated cities. Most of my deposit was returned.

A lot of these small, privately owned apartments are set up to scam renters out of deposit money. The best advice for anyone moving into one of these places is to thoroughly document the condition of everything, using pictures.

The last comment was 8 years back. You can imagine the state of the building now. Highly recommend you to stay away from this property. Main issue being the owner is going to dupe you off your deposit and make claims about damage to the building which is already falling apart and not usual wear and tear. Structurally super unsafe and nothing positive to make this your place. You are better off sleeping on the road. Trust me on this. Been there dealt with the insane owner. STAY AWAY for your good.
